Fregola (kleinen Pastakügelchen) aus 100% italienischem Hartweizen. Sie sind eine hierzulande eher unbekannte italienische Pastaspezialität aus Sardinien. Anders als sonstige Pasta werden Fregola nicht getrocknet, sondern gebacken.

In den 1970er Jahren als kleine Manufaktur für toskanische Gebäckspezialitäten gegründet, wurde das Unternehmen kontinuierlich um neue Produktlinien wie z.B handwerkliche Pasta erweitert. Die Formenauswahl ist riesig, die stylische Verpackung

ein echter Hingucker.Die Produkte von Michele Portoghese sind zum Synonym für Qualität, Authentizität und Handwerkskunst geworden.
