Pesto rosso: aus getrockneten Tomaten und Genueser Pesto; charakteristisch mediterraner Geschmack, würzig-pikant. Ideal zur Pasta, nur kurz in der Pfanne sautiert oder als Belag auf Bruschetta.

Ursprünglich auf die Produktion von extra nativem ligurischen Olivenöl spezialisiert, erzeugt die Familie Bruna in der zweiten Generation seit den frühen 1980er Jahren Pesto genovese, Gemüse -und Fischantipasti, Olivenpatè und getrockneteTomaten. Alles eingelegt in feinstes ligurisches Öl, welches zu den besten Italiens zählt.
