Kandierte Streifen von der Zitronenschale, umhüllt von erlesener dunkler Schokolade. Hier werden ausschließlich Zitronen aus Kalabrien verwendet. Schmackhaft und frisch, eine verführerische Harmonie zwischen den frisch-herben Aromen der Zitrusfrucht und der Zartbitterschokolade.

Die kleine Manufaktur-Konditorei AIELLO wurde 1969 in Kalabrien gegründet und wird seit 1989 vom heutigen Inhaber Natale AIELLO geführt.

Die Suche nach intensivem Naturgeschmack führte ihn bald zu den besten BIO-Rohstoffen aus Italien und der Welt: erlesene Kakaosorten aus Südamerika, Nüsse aus dem Piemont, Mandeln aus Sizilien, Pistazien aus Bronte, Bergamotte und Lakritze aus Kalabrien.....

Seine erlesenen Confiseriekreationen aus traditionellen Rezepturen machen ihn zu einem der Spitzenerzeuger auf dem Biosektor Italiens.
