Der typische, leicht bittere Abgang empfiehlt diesen Wein zu Vorspeisen, leichten Hauptgerichten und natürlich zu Fisch. Auch als Aperitif.

Die beiden italienischen Bio-Pioniere Amadio und Natalino Fasoli erzeugen auf ihrem Weingut 30 km östlich von Verona nicht nur ihren international ausgezeichneten Soave, auch ihre Rotweine erreichen mittlerweile internationale Berühmtheit. Die Weine der Fasolis werden alle VEGAN hergestellt!
